As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will play a vital part in supporting young people reach their full potential by offering a listening ear and helping out when they need it most.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support - helping young people build skills, confidence, and a positive outlook on life.
  • Encouraging personal growth - assisting with daily tasks and helping to create a stable environment.
  • Managing household tasks - taking care of day-to-day admin and ensuring the household runs smoothly.
  • Creating a positive environment - ensuring the space stays welcoming, stable, and supportive for everyone.

In this dynamic position, no two days will be the same. You'll need to be a resilient problem solver and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people.

Passionate about helping young people thrive, we're looking for individuals who are empathetic, have strong emotional self-regulation skills, and a genuine caring heart.

Whilst previous experience working with Young People is preferred, we encourage individuals without prior experience who are passionate about making a difference in Young People's lives to apply.
