Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Therapeutic Support Worker program. As a member of our team, you will provide in-home care, mentorship, and support to vulnerable young people.

About the Role

The role requires availability to work a 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. You will be supported by a House Supervisor and a dedicated team of professionals, including Case Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Coordinators.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or similar qualification

  • Empathy and strong emotional self-regulation skills
