Job Description

This is a temporary to permanent position with a strong focus on accounts payable and receivable.

The company promotes values of high integrity, superior customer service and supports its people. Due to business growth, they are looking for someone to add support within the finance team.

The role involves undertaking various duties such as processing invoices for payment, managing purchase orders and assisting with client Trust Statements and reconciliation of trust accounts.

Additional responsibilities include completing monthly reconciliations of multiple bank accounts, petty cash and corporate credit card and preparing financial reports.

Maintaining records in accordance with relevant standards and legislation is also essential.

Your Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of two years' experience in an accounts environment.
  • Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
