Boddington locals are invited to join our support services team at the mining village. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a remote environment.

Roles Include:

Our Housekeeping & Minesite Cleaning team members are responsible for cleaning accommodations rooms and all communal buildings and facilities, including bathrooms, waste removal, basic groundskeeping, and more on the village and mine sites.

Catering professionals can explore diverse dining experiences by navigating multiple kitchen facilities within the camp offering a unique blend of adaptability and efficiency within a dynamic and communal work setting.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our team members are hospitality-minded specialists that help improve the quality of life for village residents living and working away from home. They possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Requirements:

  • Working Rights in Australia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Preferred currently residing in Boddington
  • WA Drivers Licence is desirable (C or C-A or HR Class)
  • Ability to work 11- 12 hours shifts and day & night shifts as required
  • Ability to endure remote environments and weather conditions
  • Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with a positive teamwork approach
