Job Description:

This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be working with a national administration team to support business functions in Mandurah.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming telephone enquiries and forward messages as required.

- Manage bookings and reschedule appointments for NDIS services.

- Allocate referrals to suitable clinicians based on their experience, location, and skill set.

- Arrange interpreter/AUSLAN services when needed.

Your Role in Our Team:

- Contribute to maintaining our site's presentation, cleanliness, and event preparation.

- Conduct regular site audits as required.

- Forward faxes and complete electronic records for existing clients.

Requirements:

- Previous administration or reception experience is desired but not essential.

- Some health knowledge would be beneficial but not mandatory.

- You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be able to take pride in your work and maintain high-quality standards.

- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

- Proficiency in data entry is necessary.

- You should have strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.

- Ability to monitor workload and manage time effectively.

- Work collaboratively as part of a team.

Security Clearance:

- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.

- Possess or be willing to obtain a Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check.
