Job Overview:

The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for implementing the company's strategy in helping sales teams identify, secure, and establish business relationships with various partners in the Australian market. This includes providing technical training to these partners and ensuring they have a good understanding of the company's residential BESS (battery energy storage system) products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre- and after-sales technical support and consultation to Australian sales teams and customers regarding the company's residential BESS products.
  • Lead the provision of residential BESS products' pre- and after-sales technical service/support to local business partners, including distributors and installers.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters R&D team on all technical matters arising from installation and daily system operations.
  • Capture customer needs and product development information, updating the Technical Service team accordingly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, such as trainings, workshops, and trade fairs.
  • Travel to meet with distributors, installers, and customers to provide technical training.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrician preferred.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, PV & Renewable, Technology or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Solar & Battery Industry.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize and plan workload to meet business needs and goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated approach.
  • Mandarin speaking skill is a strong bonus.
  • Williness and ability to travel, approximately 25%.
