Job Title: Residential Energy Specialist

As a key player in our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of sales and partner onboarding through our extensive network of certified installers and at prominent events.

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive the Tesla Residential Energy van and host informative sessions across the country. You will have a unique chance to showcase your knowledge of energy storage products and your ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive product overviews and installation training to installers and electricians.
  • Host strategic marketing and technical events, set up the Residential Energy van and engage with electricians and installers.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in Tesla's product suite and relevant customer tools.
  • Collaborate closely with local Residential Energy sales, engineering and marketing teams to coordinate customer visits and events.
  • Safely operate and maintain the Tesla Residential Energy van, reporting any issues promptly and ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B customer-facing training and/or marketing/events role.
  • Installation/electrical experience.
  • Ability to foster interpersonal connections while facilitating learning and generating enthusiasm about renewable technology.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid driver's license with a good track record in terms of safe and responsible driving practices.
