  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for residential batteries.
  • Build strong relationships with solar retailers, solar installers, and other partners.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer customized energy storage solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide product training and support to partners and installers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Attend trade shows and events to promote our products and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback on market needs and product improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the solar energy sector with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the solar energy market and residential battery storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
