Lead and Inspire Care Excellence

You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team providing supervision, guidance and mentorship through effective decision making and clinical experience. You will provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns, always prioritizing the wellbeing of residents.

In this role, you will work closely with your Residential Services Manager to ensure quality and compliance governance are achieved through robust processes. This includes ensuring care governance and quality compliance are achieved through diligence with ACFI funding, care planning and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to residents while responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
  • Work closely with Residential Services Managers to ensure quality and compliance governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
  • Unlimited work entitlements.
  • Experience coordinating care provision within a large team.
  • Ability to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities.
