Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to fill the role of Disability Support Worker.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of person-centered care, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication support
  • Offer support with domestic duties such as household chores, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to community activities such as shopping and social events
  • Perform manual handling tasks including wheelchair transfers

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Blue Card
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Driver's Licence
  • Reliable insured vehicle

**Preferred but Not Essential:**

  • Industry experience
  • Understanding of person-centered disability care and Acquired Brain Injury
