Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality support and services to residents with varying needs and levels of support requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional care and support to residents while enhancing their quality of life.
  • Assisting in the delivery of medication and participating in sleepover shifts.
  • Contributing to a harmonious and efficient working environment by demonstrating respect, professionalism, and compassion.
  • Applying excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in challenging situations.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office.

  • A Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (including Booster Vaccination).
