- Setting up and maintaining personnel files and records for all employees.
- Tracking recruitment approvals, ensuring compliance with IHG CSA requirements and supporting Hiring Managers with recruitment administration as required.
- Drafting employment contracts for approval using templates in the Onboarding System.
- System and tracking completion aligned to payroll timelines. Setting up new colleagues in the Payroll System according to Award and contract rules.
- Allocating necessary training requirements through the Mylearning system.
- Requesting or terminating IHG systems access as required.
- Checking immigration statuses through Immi Account.
- Auditing files to ensure compliance with Fair Work, IHG, and other compliance measures.
- Completing personal mandatory training as required and participating in development activities.
- Complying with IHG Policies, especially Information Security and Data Privacy requirements.
- A degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant work experience in Human Resources/Administration is desirable.
- Excellent administrative skills, computer skills with various software including Microsoft suite must be proficient in Excel.
- Well-presented & self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication, spoken and written, with attention to detail.
