About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker to join our team. The role involves providing person-centred care and support to our Home Care clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living and lifestyle requirements, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support and transportation. This may involve helping clients with showering, dressing, grooming and medication prompts, as well as light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will also be responsible for monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and who has a certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, as well as current CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Australian driver's licence.
