Daily Life Support Specialist

This role offers a chance to support people in their communities, enhancing their daily lives and promoting independence.
The successful candidate will travel between clients' homes, providing person-centred care and assistance with daily living tasks such as domestic duties, meal preparation, and social activities.
- Supporting customers with domestic tasks like light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Providing social support and transportation services, including shopping, medical appointments, and social activities
- Assisting customers with the use of aids and equipment, including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
- Monitoring customers' well-being and reporting progress
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions as required
- Working under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performing tasks within designated hours (6am-6pm, Monday to Friday)
We require:
- Australian Federal Police Clearance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
- Smartphone with internet access
