Female Community Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, supporting individuals in their homes and communities. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered care and support to enable people to live independently.

The Role:

This role involves traveling between clients' homes and assisting them with daily living and lifestyle requirements. Duties may include domestic assistance, social support, transportation, and monitoring the well-being of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to enable people to live independently
  • Travel between clients' homes to assist with daily living and lifestyle requirements
  • Perform domestic assistance tasks, such as light household cleaning and laundry
  • Provide social support, including accompanying clients to medical appointments and engaging in social activities
  • Monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress

Requirements:

  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
