About this Role:

As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
  • Offer domestic support, such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Offer social support and transportation services, including activities, grocery shopping, and medical appointments
  • Support clients with complex needs, promoting independence and well-being
  • Monitor client progress and report on their well-being

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualifications
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance Certificate
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Smartphone with internet access
