The ideal candidate will lead the strategy and implementation of integrated campaigns to drive deep customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver our customer marketing strategy to drive customer engagement
  • Lead and manage customer journey communication plans end-to-end
  • Create data-driven campaigns that address customer lifecycle and financial motivations
  • Manage all approvals for campaign activities, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Set, monitor, and review campaigns to deliver better value and conversion
  • Owning and driving the efficiency and effectiveness of one-to-one marketing to customers
