Key Job Responsibilities:

Support the head of marketing in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and advocacy.

Lead the execution of key marketing programs, manage external partnerships, and mentor team members.

Oversee brand management, performance management, program management, content creation, digital marketing, and related responsibilities.

Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, support development and performance of junior team members, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Prepare regular marketing activity reports for senior management, including campaign performance and media spend analysis.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, with a strong track record in brand and campaign management.
  • Experience in budget planning, strategic planning, and team leadership.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other disciplines preferred but not essential.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
