About the Team:

Our financial team works collaboratively alongside other teams to infuse commercial acumen into their work and support strategic business decisions.

We manage an extensive volume of transactions annually. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Partner to join our team in a permanent capacity.

About the Role:

You will form partnerships with stakeholders across our organization and third-party providers. Utilizing your finance and analytical expertise, you will gain a deep understanding of our business units and drive cost savings through negotiations and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing fact-based insights and commentary on monthly financial performance to assist business leaders in meeting their objectives.
- Guiding business leaders through forecasting & planning cycles
- Influencing decision-making with insightful and innovative analysis
- Providing financial leadership on strategic projects & business cases for new initiatives
- Interacting with external payment schemes (eftpos/Mastercard/Visa) to provide information, analysis, reports, and negotiations in strategic partnership agreements

About You and Your Skills:

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who possesses proven commercial relationship management skills. Ideally, you will have a background in payments and experience working with third-party payment providers. You will also need:

- CA/CPA (or similar) qualified
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex financial information
- Strong communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with SAP and TM1 is preferable
