We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of industry experience, particularly within the superannuation and life insurance sectors. You will have a strong understanding of the superannuation and group insurance market, combined with exceptional relationship management skills. A strategic mindset and an ability to drive growth while balancing risk and compliance are essential. Highly developed communication skills, allowing effective influence and collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, are also required. A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, economics, law, or marketing, and eligibility to act as a Responsible Officer for MLC Life Insurance, are necessary.
