We're seeking a seasoned General Manager to join our team at 440 Collins St & 459 Lt Collins St. As the primary liaison with the Lendlease Investment Manager, you'll be responsible for managing premium assets, enhancing tenant experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Primary Contact: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Lendlease Investment Manager, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Asset Management: Oversee operations, including financial performance, leasing, and tenant relations, ensuring compliance with property management agreements and collaborating with the Investment Manager to develop strategic property plans.
  • Customer Retention: Create and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty, engaging proactively with tenants to understand their needs and strengthen relationships, and working with marketing teams to develop targeted initiatives.
  • Financial Performance: Maximize financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, and revenue, analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions, and identifying cost-saving opportunities and strategies to enhance revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, conducting performance assessments, and developing succession plans, ensuring all team members receive necessary training.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, implementing risk management practices, and focusing on safety, security, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Licenses and Experience: Real Estate Licence in the relevant State/Territory, proven experience as a General Manager in premium assets.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.
