We are a leading provider of services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supporting over 10,000 participants annually.

Job Overview

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team in Penrith and surrounding areas and seek a skilled Occupational Therapist to make a positive impact in our community.

  • This role is open to Occupational Therapists at all experience levels, offering flexible full-time or part-time roles.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess participants' functional levels through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  2. Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  3. Provide evidence-based interventions.
  4. Support environmental adaptations for optimal participant outcomes.
  5. Recommend Assistive Technology to enhance independence.
Requirements
  1. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  3. A proactive attitude, driven by a desire to improve and learn.
  4. A passion for working in the disability sector.
