Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in making a positive impact in the community.

We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience seeking full-time or part-time roles.

In this position, you will:

  1. Conduct assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized evaluations.
  2. Interpret findings to develop tailored treatment plans that meet each participant's needs.
  3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote participant well-being.
  4. Offer guidance on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  5. Recommend the use of Assistive Technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and achieve independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant professional body.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by a desire to improve and learn from new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for working in the disability sector.
