Join a dynamic, values-led Allied Health provider supporting people in community, home and supported accommodation settings. We're seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping people build confidence, independence and skills for everyday life.
About the Role- Deliver functional capacity assessments and tailored intervention plans
- Support skill development in daily living, community participation and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and care staff
- Provide practical strategies for improving routines, transitions and sensory regulation
- Work flexibly across home, community and supported settings
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience supporting children or adolescents, particularly in community or disability contexts
- Confident in delivering assessments, writing reports and communicating with support teams
- Able to work independently, with strong time management skills
- Committed to strengths-based and collaborative practice
- Supervision and support from a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Alignment with progressive, non-pathologizing service models
- Opportunities to influence and co-create our growing clinical framework
