
Front Office Coordinator

Job Role:
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and experience in a front-of-house or client-facing environment. They should also have exposure to facilities management and be proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events
- Maintain and check office supplies, ordering as needed
- Assist with administrative and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
- Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase requests, and invoices
- Coordinate work order processes and delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs and resolve issues
Necessary Qualifications:
- Customer service focus with excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service and/or front-of-house/client-facing roles in a professional/corporate environment
- Exposure to facilities management
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook
