Job Role:

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and experience in a front-of-house or client-facing environment. They should also have exposure to facilities management and be proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and events
  • Maintain and check office supplies, ordering as needed
  • Assist with administrative and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
  • Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase requests, and invoices
  • Coordinate work order processes and delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs and resolve issues

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and/or front-of-house/client-facing roles in a professional/corporate environment
  • Exposure to facilities management
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook
