Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional Front Office Coordinator to join our Brisbane HQ. This is a vital role responsible for the smooth operation of the front of house and reception areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, visitors, and guests.
  • Represent the organization as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming client experience.
  • Manage all incoming calls, arrange mail services, coordinate meeting room requirements.
  • Assist with facilities management, process invoices and purchase orders, credit card reconciliation.
  • Work with HR on onboarding activities, including IT setup and access cards.
  • Organize catering and maintain general office amenities.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Reception, Customer Service, or Concierge role.
  • Personable with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reliability, proactiveness, and teamwork.
