About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our Early Careers Recruitment Partners in our Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in further evolving our talent attraction, events, and engagement strategy.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity that will allow you to work closely with our business stakeholders to identify new engagement opportunities and promote our employee value proposition to students at Macquarie.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of our agreed strategies for recruiting top-tier graduate talent
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and campus visits
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices
  • Analyze the performance of our events and university partnerships and provide regular updates to the team and business stakeholders
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
