About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Culture Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources Division, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering initiatives that enhance our culture, foster engagement, and support organizational growth.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the execution and continual improvement of our Pulse Staff Engagement survey, including data analysis, reporting, and the development of action plans to enhance year-on-year results.
  • Collaborate with HR's Client Partnering team to design and facilitate client-facing workshops focused on areas such as leadership, team development, and cultural transformation.
  • Provide expert coaching to senior leaders across the university, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and foster organizational growth.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of broader organizational culture initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive staff engagement, performance, and capability development.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess extensive experience in organizational development, with proven expertise in driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and capability development. Your strong analytics skills and expertise in using contemporary software platforms to analyze and manipulate data sets will enable you to generate actionable insights and create informative reports for senior stakeholders.

Salary


The estimated annual salary for this position is between $111,154 - $124,619, plus 17% superannuation contributions.
