Associate Manager of Customer Engagement

Overview:
The Customer Marketing team at SC Johnson plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales and brand marketing.
In this position, you will utilize your prior experience in FMCG Customer or Trade Marketing to enhance and expand relationships with key retail partners.
Your goal will be to deliver outstanding category insights and growth strategies that prioritize shopper engagement daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage several significant household and retail categories.
- Take charge of creating, developing, and analyzing channel strategies, strategic planning, shopper communications, and activations.
- Craft and present retailer trade narratives to major retail partners, ensuring alignment and maximizing return on investment.
- Identify key channels to implement brand strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with the category team to determine successful tactics for deployment as part of our MAPP strategy implementation (Merchandising, Assortment, Price, and Promotion).
- Translate data-driven insights into innovative and actionable plans and analytical reviews.
- Work closely with Global and Regional teams for collaborative efforts.
Candidate Profile:

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- A profound understanding of customer needs, with the ability to develop profitable propositions that translate into effective customer plans.
- Self-management and motivation, thriving as a senior member of the Customer Marketing team.
- Expertise in commercializing initiatives.
- A solid grasp of the strategic and tactical aspects of business, including financial and commercial acumen.
Qualifications:
- Extensive multifunctional commercial experience in Sales, Category, or Brand Management within a Household Care Company or FMCG.
- Proven experience and comfort in presenting to customers and stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management, ensuring optimal return on investment aligned with strategic goals.
- Ability to plan, implement, and review shopper activations to gather insights and share learnings internally and with the broader business.
