Customer Engagement Manager in Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our customer due diligence team, you will be responsible for proactive outreach to our customers, collating responses to financial crime and risk operations requests, and ensuring all customer profile information is maintained and accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer outreach and service requests to align with business priorities for risk and compliance related outreach.
- Understand and explain AML, KYC, SOW, and customer data outreach requests to customers.
- Ensure all customer profile information is maintained and accurate when completing customer outreach and engagement.
- Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
We are looking for a seasoned KYC specialist with a strong focus on customer relationship management. You will have previous experience in financial crime and AML, as well as strong customer relationship management skills. You will be able to understand and interpret business requirements, create engagement over multiple media channels, and navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the gaming industry.
