Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and direct business customers in the office or via telephone
  • Manage telephony and mail, compile data, and perform word processing tasks
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • College diploma in administration or equivalent experience in financial services, secretarial work, or customer service
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
  • Knowledge of business products and services, as well as knowledge of the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative
