Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled automotive service advisor or someone with similar experience to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as required.
  • This role involves explaining the type and cost of services offered and acting as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships is essential to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is essential
  • An enthusiastic and high-energy individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer software applications
