Requirements
  • Customer service experience
  • Enthusiastic with high energy
  • Strong communication skills both in French and English
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • A positive attitude
  • Computer and software proficiency
  • Previous service advisor experience would be an asset
Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Act as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
