Customer Service Ambassador

The Business Liaison role is a critical position that involves interacting with clients and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Receiving customers in the office or via telephone and directing them to the relevant department.
- Coordinating appointments for colleagues.
- Managing communication, mail, and data compilation, as well as word processing tasks.
- Facilitating collaboration with other parts of the organization.
A degree in administration and one year of experience in financial services, secretarial work, or customer service are required. Alternatively, a diploma in secretarial studies or a high school diploma with 18-24 months of experience in financial services or secretarial work will be considered.
Proficiency in both official languages and knowledge of the telephone system, written French (spelling and grammar), business products, and services distributed by subsidiaries and competitors are essential.
