Position: Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to take initiative and inspire excellence in all aspects of team and store management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Store Manager in:

  • Leading, motivating, and guiding the team to meet KPIs, sales objectives, and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Analyzing performance metrics and implementing necessary changes to drive business success
  • Overseeing all retail operations within a fashion-focused environment
  • Serving as a role model for customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Training team members on product knowledge and customer engagement
  • Ensuring adherence to Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Coaching and inspiring team members to maximize their potential
  • Sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid background in retail sales with a proven record of success in a similar leadership or supervisory capacity, consistently guiding a team to achieve sales targets. You should be driven, enthusiastic, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Experience:

  • Leadership experience in apparel or sports footwear retail
