We are seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Leader to oversee our store and drive exceptional performance.

Retail Leaders are expected to set an example, inspire success in all facets of team and store management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, motivate, and guide the team to meet KPIs, sales objectives, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Take full accountability for the store's commercial performance.
  • Analyze pertinent data to challenge existing practices and drive improvements.
  • Address identified areas for enhancement, collaborating with relevant partners as necessary.
  • Promote continuous advancements in the store's sales, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Lead by example in customer service, maximizing time spent on the sales floor and guiding team members.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and cultivate high-potential team members for career advancement.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance KPI performance.
  • Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion retail environment.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess a robust retail sales background with a proven history of success in a similar leadership or supervisory role, consistently guiding a team to achieve sales targets. You will be driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about success, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience as a Retail Operations Leader in apparel or sports footwear is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A background in coaching and mentoring team members to achieve success is highly regarded.
