Position: Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is expected to lead by example and inspire success in all facets of team and store management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Store Manager in:

  • Motivating and guiding the team to meet KPIs, sales goals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Analyzing performance metrics and implementing necessary adjustments to drive business success
  • Overseeing all retail operations within a fashion retail setting
  • Serving as a role model for customer service and striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Training team members on brand knowledge and customer service excellence
  • Ensuring adherence to established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Coaching and encouraging team members to maximize their potential
  • Sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong retail sales background with a proven history of success in a similar leadership or supervisory capacity, consistently guiding a team to achieve sales targets. You should be motivated, energetic, and passionate about success, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Leadership experience in apparel or sports footwear retail
