Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the team to meet KPIs, sales goals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Take complete responsibility for the store's commercial performance.
  • Analyze relevant metrics to challenge existing practices.
  • Address areas for improvement, collaborating with management and support teams as necessary.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
  • Model exemplary service, maximizing time spent on the sales floor and guiding team members.
  • Work alongside management to identify and cultivate high-potential team members.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance KPI performance.
  • Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion retail environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in retail sales with a proven history of success in a similar leadership or supervisory role, consistently guiding a team to meet sales targets. You will be driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about achieving results while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience as a Retail Store Manager in apparel or sports footwear is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A background in coaching and mentoring team members to success is highly valued.
