Business Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assume the role of Advertising Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for local advertising support, this position involves managing all retailer advertising inquiries and ensuring compliance across all communications, including digital and social media platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with our national client and dealer partners to provide strategic guidance while maintaining brand integrity and regulatory adherence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support dealer advertising queries and provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.
  • Review retail and product advertising communications to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor dealer social media platforms for compliance, brand consistency, and engagement opportunities.
  • Assist clients with meeting deliverables, including presentations, videos, training materials, and marketing strategy reviews.
  • Manage Ad Builder assets and Dealer Kits, ensuring dealers have access to high-quality, approved marketing materials.
  • Audit the retail asset platform and ensure assets are up-to-date.
  • Support the national client in preparing for bi-annual compliance audits, ensuring advertising and marketing activities meet regulatory standards.
  • Draft dealer bulletins and marketing communications to provide updates on policies, promotions, and advertising best practices.
  • Oversee asset management, ensuring timely distribution and utilisation of advertising materials for large launches or ad-hoc creative field requests from dealers;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in dealer advertising, retail marketing, brand management or advertising agency account management experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media compliance.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to review advertising materials for compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in advertising and asset management tools, including Ad Builder platforms.
  • Exceptional presentation skills as well as excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly organised, with a charismatic and varied communication style.
  • Demonstrate technical competence with current IT software, telecommunications systems and office equipment.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
