We are seeking a full time, highly motivated and results-oriented Advertising Manger to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising principles, media planning, creative development, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

· Conduct market research and analyze target audience demographics, preferences, and media consumption habits.

· Plan and manage advertising budgets, allocating resources effectively across different channels and campaigns.

· Oversee the creative development of advertising materials, including print ads, digital banners, video commercials, and social media content.

· Negotiate and secure advertising placements with media outlets, ensuring optimal reach and frequency.

· Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising.

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of professional experience in advertising management, with a demonstrated track record of success .

· Strong understanding of advertising principles, media planning, and creative development.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in advertising campaign management tools and analytics platforms.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
