**About This Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to join our team and play a key part in delivering large-scale residential & mixed-use projects.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Design Manager, with expertise in structural engineering and ETABS software. You should have worked on high-rise buildings (40+ storeys) and have a strong background in Precast and PT slab design.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Managing the delivery of design documentation from external consultants
  • Reviewing designs for code compliance
  • Identifying value engineering opportunities to minimise construction costs and programme
  • Preparing, managing, and reviewing tenders for various subcontracts
