Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned territories
- Manage and drive sales pipelines to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business challenges and provide tailored solutions to address these needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of mid-market sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue quota
- Experience in SaaS sales and familiarity with resource management or transport-related solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
