The Opportunity

You will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

The role is highly varied and has two clear goals - achieving growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service and achieving successful outcomes on the reception desk and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive retention.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to sales budget utilising promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality leads through outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Crafting great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the roster
  • Active involvement in retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey recommending products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Requirements

  • First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Problem-solving skills with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
