The Opportunity:

As a Fitness Consultant at our Glenelg club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

You will interact with prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey with us, and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

Your role will be highly varied, with two clear goals: achieving growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service and achieving successful outcomes on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales budget utilising promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Has a current valid Working with Children Check
  • Can build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Can solve problems, and overcome obstacles
  • Has outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Has tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Is customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
