Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements across various business areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment awards, enterprise bargaining agreements, and payroll legislation. Experience in high-volume environments and proficiency in using software such as Preceda would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate payroll compliance issues and ensure adequate procedures are in place.
  • Analyse data and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Assist with payroll processing and interpret awards and EBAs.
  • Maintain compliance records and support internal audits.
About You
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills.
  • You possess experience in creating/using Crystal reports (an advantage).
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
