Job Title: Compliance Officer - Client Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our professional team in a part-time capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining accurate client information within our systems
  • Ensuring the accuracy of provided services and information
  • Reviewing and maintaining our Compliance Control System with updated content
  • Coordinating risk management reviews and periodic checks on completed client assignments
  • Updating the AFS License Manual and company registers
  • Coordinating Compliance Meetings and lodging forms with regulatory bodies when required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Financial/Accounting/Investment/Insurance services role
  • Knowledge of financial services laws and ASIC requirements
  • Understanding of various business risks and exposures
  • Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, or Legal
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and pro-active attitude
  • Strong time management, organisational, analytical, and communication skills
