Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative requirements;">
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including responding to complaints related to non-compliance of legislation;">
  • Conduct research and participate in audit and special project taskforces to contribute to business and organisational outcomes;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Government Investigations or equivalent experience;">
  • Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel throughout the state when required;">
  • Thorough understanding of formal conduct of investigations, evidence gathering, and review process;">
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills;">
  • Ability to work in a high-volume and constantly changing legislative environment.">
