As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational requirements of the program, ensuring services and supports are delivered in line with CareSouth's Practice Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your leadership skills to guide the team in achieving program objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement program strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within the OOHC, Disability Services or Community Services sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work/Welfare, Social Sciences, Disability or equivalent.
  • Proven flexibility, adaptability, and ability to respond to changing work demands.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
