Disability Services Leader

As a Disability Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client services, including care plan management and client documentation
- Leading and coaching support workers to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Monitoring service levels, including funding and client/carer satisfaction
- Ensuring consumer support plans and assessments are completed within required timeframes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing disability services or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
