PURPOSE: The Account Executive serves as the direct link between our internal business units and our clients during the onboarding process and throughout the life of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Sales to prospect new business
  • Engages regularly with Sales team to understand marketplace changes
  • Project Manages by creating and implementing timelines for projects
  • Identifies, engages, and coordinates internal subject matter experts and resources as applicable in order to provide comprehensive delivery of AmWINS service to the client
  • Designs and builds full client presentations, to include client service plans and schedules
  • Provides technical knowledge and guidance during the onboarding process in collaboration with the Operations Analysts team
  • Anticipates and mitigates crises challenges to each client's business
  • Assists with development and implementation of new policy and procedures necessary to efficiently coordinate with carrier regulations, internal and external departments.

  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential
  • Communicate well to all levels of the organization
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) and at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Seniority level
